Management Team

Paul M. Zaidins, CFO

Paul is Chief Financial Officer of American Locker Group Incorporated. He was named to the position in August 2007 and prior to that served as Controller since November 2006. Paul is responsible for American Locker’s finance functions, including financial planning, treasury, corporate development, accounting, and investor relations. Prior to joining the Company, Paul was a Managing Director for investment banking firm, Lane-Link Group from 2004-2006. Prior to 2004, he held a series of senior financial positions for ECDI Capital Corp., and Wing Industries. Paul has a BS degree, cum laude, from the University of Colorado and has been a certified public accountant since 1992.
